My Boys are Now Cultured

For one of her classes Jen had to go to the Columbus Museum of Art and review some paintings. We were supposed to go yesterday afternoon but the boys (Aaron and Justin) were not feeling well so we went today instead. Luckily for us admission is free to the public on Sundays. Free is always good especially when you have very little interest in going. I have wanted to go just to see what the place is like. After our experience today and comparing it to what I remember of other art museums I have been to in the past I was not very impressed. The exhibition was pretty small and nothing really piqued my interest. When it comes to art I am a mostly a fan of photography and there was very little on display. I am proud to say that despite being bored out of their minds the boys were very well behaved. Some exhibits were interactive helping to keep them entertained. Brendan also enjoyed looking at the museum map and trying to find out where we were. It was a good way to kill a couple of hours and spend some time out of the house with the boys.
