Brendan's First Day of Preschool

Brendan started his first day of preschool on Tuesday. Every parent says it and it's true, it is hard to believe he is old enough to go to school already. Jen got the honors of dropping him off for the first time (yes she cried). I will normally take him on my way to work. Brendan attends the public elementary school across the street from our house. Jen and I wanted him to start interacting with kids his own age and to be able to play with some boys his own age. All the kids Jen watches are younger than him or are girls. Nothing wrong with that but he has never really had a boy his age to play with.

So far he has transitioned well. He doesn't throw any fits when I drop him off while it seems like there are several other kids every day that are. From what he tells us he is having fun.
