I have recently decided to try and lose some weight again. I have always thought my ideal weight is about 175-180. On Monday I weighed myself and I came in at 197. Dangerously close to my forbidden zone of 200 or more. Somewhere I do not want to end up. So I have started calorie counting hoping to bring the weight down. It worked a few years ago when I did break 200 but as usual I didn't keep up with it and now the weight is back.
Hopefully I will be able to throw in some exercise and start trying to eat healthier foods. But if you know me, you know I am a very finicky eater. Trying new foods is not my forte.
Jen has decided to join me in hopes of loosing the extra weight from her pregnancy. Hopefully we will be able to support each other in reaching our goals. Wish us luck!!
This will be tough. (My stomach is pissed off at this latest development)

Thanks for the comment RE: the candy bar. Your encouragement (and participation!) are really helping me :) I really enjoy our walks together...even when I'm mad at you and we are a block apart :P
